Unfortunately, only few managers receive effective support and direction when making major career changes, overcoming personal performance issues, and undertaking business strategies. Without proper guidance, managers often lack the focus needed to effectively execute the most important work priorities. Consequently, personal and organisational performance suffers.

The role of an effective coach is to assist managers in identifying the leadership competencies that will set them up for greater success within the business, and to work with managers in order to learn and implement new and different leadership skills over time.

How do we do it?

  • Before the first session, we invite you to take a couple of psychological assessments
  • We also invite you to review your career goals and key business challenges in order to focus your thoughts around your future direction and assist you in targeting two to three leadership competencies on which to focus the coaching sessions
  • During the coaching sessions, we will analyse situations, develop practical plans and define clear actions to achieve the defined goals.
  • To overcome geographical barriers, we offer coaching face-to-face, on the telephone or through an advanced web-based platform.
